As good a big band track in a jazz idiom that we have heard from VM oh since his Danish Radio Big Band days.
This song of resilience, a Morrison original, 'You Gotta Make It Through The World,' goes back to the Dr John produced 1977 album A Period of Transition. Dr John was on electric piano on that album - it's got an incredible feel and groove. Ollie E Brown was on drums - the 'Young Hearts Run Free' Candi Staton Detroiter no less.
