Tickets go on sale this afternoon for next month's Glasgow Jazz Festival.

The Buster Williams quartet featuring Lenny White, Ryan Quigley, JTQ, Georgia Cécile, Ebi Soda, the Binker Golding quintet, Anita Wardell, Paul Booth's Trypl (joined by among others cult latin-jazz piano star Alex Wilson), Paul Towndrow's trio, Fergus McCreadie playing solo, Brian Kellock, Marianne McGregor, top, winner of the 2021 best vocalist category at the Scottish Jazz Awards, and Matt Carmichael are among the 2022 line-up.

Glasgow's director Jill Rodger says: ''We’ve put a real focus this year on homegrown talent as the last two years have been so difficult for so many musicians and we wanted to make sure we were supporting them as much as we can with this year’s line-up.''
