Track of the day: A tender, bluesy, new vocals-piano version of Sachal Vasandani's 'No More Tears'. The exquisite, coming to terms with heartbreak ballad is also on the glossier OKeh album Slow Motion Miracles from 2015 featuring the bass of David Wong on that occasion. And this is the lead-off track from the upcoming Sachal and Romain Collin album Still Life to be issued by the Edition label in July. 'No More Tears' is blessed with the extraordinarily powerful lines delivered almost throwaway as an aside as the bluesiness further surrounds: ''Your soul is sewn into my skin/I can't rid myself of you/Not even sure where to begin/Or that I want to/But there'll be no more tears.''
