Nu Civilisation Orchestra tour their take on Joni Mitchell albums Hejira (1976) and Mingus (1979) this autumn. Featuring singer Eska, Peter Edwards musically directs and conducts the 19-piece ensemble whose members include pianist Sarah Tandy, bassist Jihad Darwish and Sons of Kemet drummer Eddie Hick.
