FREE IMPROV CHOICE A cascade from piano tips out into a buzzy circling tetchy mood to this seething wave of wail and ache as reedist Torben Snekkestad follows an Evan Parker method in this slice of free improv trioplay while pianist Agusti Fernández is more a listening presence and resembles the Aki Takase approach a little here, their styles not dissimilar. Released on 24 January.
