Rewarding collaboration if groove is your thing here from producer Sanaya Ardeshir (Sandunes) and drummer Richard Spaven (known for his work with José James) taken from the Spaven x Sandunes EP to be released later this month on the !K7 Records label. It's a head bobbing masterclass that keeps you guessing, slipping into another gear after the tantalising opening. Sanaya is a live performer, producer, composer, pianist and teacher who draws from jazz, classical, hip-hop and Indian music to create an electronic style of her own.
