The first track, 'Marivi,' a taut and carefully layered elegy, from upcoming Marta Sánchez album SAAM featuring Camila Meza singing in Spanish and trumpet soloing from Ambrose Akinmusire, is now streaming.

As previously reported on marlbank it's a late-February release planned for the record from the Madrid-born pianist and composer. ‘Marivi’ is a homage to Sánchez' late mother.
