Grime with your jazz? Acting as backing band to the MC Novelist, Femi Koleoso's groove is lively enough. But the rap really only operates around the very slim idea that the protagonist is ''way more than a hustler'' choose whatever sense you like to that thought. The Ezra sound has changed a lot certainly since their more jazz-centred foray of a debut Chapter 7 – five years ago. But when the horn line break comes there's nothing really to it, certainly not a full improvisation and you're left looking for a lot more depth on a different wave length.
