Trousering 20 grand for his pains pianist Fergus McCreadie won this year's Scottish Album Award, the first jazz musician to ever win the SAY. McCreadie was also nominated for this year's Mercury but once again a jazz artist is still to win that title. McCreadie won at the awards in Stirling for Edition trio record Forest Floor.
